By accessing or using any website, application, or service operated by VisionQuest Services LLC ("VisionQuest," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

VisionQuest Services LLC provides web development, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, digital marketing, and related technology services. Our platforms include but are not limited to:

  • MyCoverLetters.com — AI-powered cover letter generation
  • BuffaloEatsOnline.com — Restaurant online ordering and management
  • VQRental.com — Equipment rental management
  • VQInventory.com — Inventory management
  • VQHealthy.com — Health and wellness tracking
  • AngieCharge.org — Church membership management

3. User Accounts

Some services require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from our platforms without permission
  • Use our services to send unsolicited communications (spam)

5. Payments and Billing

Certain services require payment. By purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific platform's refund policy.

6. SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in during registration, you consent to receive transactional text messages from VisionQuest Services LLC. These may include:

  • Account verification codes (2FA)
  • Order confirmations and status updates
  • Password reset codes
  • Appointment and event reminders

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, and technology on our platforms are owned by VisionQuest Services LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to our platforms (such as cover letters, menu items, inventory records, or church member data). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the service.

9. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and secure storage practices. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-Party Services

Our platforms may integrate with third-party services (Stripe, Google, AWS, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

VisionQuest Services LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Erie County, New York.
